We're sorry to see you go. You can request account deletion at any time,
directly from inside the app or by emailing our support team.
📱 Delete from the app
The fastest way to request deletion is directly inside the Christian Worldview app:
- Open the Christian Worldview app and sign in.
- Tap Settings (bottom-right of the home screen).
- Scroll to Account Actions and tap Delete Account.
- Re-authenticate when prompted and confirm the deletion.
Your request is submitted immediately and processed within 30 days.

If you can no longer access the app, email us at
support@christianworldview.app
from the address linked to your account. Include your full name and we will process your request
within 30 days.
🗑️ What gets deleted
- Your account credentials and sign-in record
- Your profile (display name, photo, bio, city/state)
- Your private prayer journal entries
- Your event RSVPs and attendance history
- Your notification preferences and device tokens
📋 What is anonymized or retained

Public prayer requests — your post remains visible to the community
but your name is replaced with "Deleted Member." You may request removal separately.

Moderation records — safety and moderation logs are retained for
up to 2 years for legal compliance.

Purchase records — records of bookstore purchases made through our
external web checkout are retained as required by applicable law.
⚠️ Account deletion is irreversible. Deleted accounts cannot be restored.
⏱️ Timeline
Deletion requests are processed within 30 days of receipt.
During that window your account is marked for deletion and you will not be
able to sign in. You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete.
